CubertFarnsworth
I sent an email to Wyrd last week about a miscasted figure and have not yet recieved a reply. How long does it normally take for Wyrd to at least reply to the email? Anyone have some experience on this? Thanks
WEiRD sKeTCH
Normally within 24 hours. What e-mail did you send it to? Did you describe the miscast and with a photo? If all you did was send an e-mail stating that you had a model miscast, you may need to send more information along.

Even if he had, CS should get back to him that more info is required rather than being unresponsive.
WEiRD sKeTCH
Ahh! Checking in with customer service, I now see why there's been a delay. Apparently you've already assembled, primed, fully painted and based on a scenic base, the miscast miniature in question. Your request to get a new one shipped to you has caused a touch of a debate in the office.
CubertFarnsworth
Yeah.....I was going to try and see if I could resolve the error with some "creative" painting/hiding. But no dice.....the left part of Taleor's face is very "droppy". And after going back and looking at other Taelors with no issue, I could not accept it. I was trying to help out Wyrd Miniatures by not putting another issue in front of you guys......in the future should I just raise a flag immediately? Thank you for your replies WS. WEiRD sKeTCH
You should inform us immediately after opening your package. That way we can see who packed it, seen the bare metal, etc. But as you can see, the dilemma of just replacing a figure that's already "had the business" done to it, for free, can be an issue. Nathan Caroland
Besides, we like to beat the packers soundly about the noodle for mistakes.
