Yeah.....I was going to try and see if I could resolve the error with some "creative" painting/hiding. But no dice.....the left part of Taleor's face is very "droppy". And after going back and looking at other Taelors with no issue, I could not accept it.

I was trying to help out Wyrd Miniatures by not putting another issue in front of you guys......in the future should I just raise a flag immediately?

You should inform us immediately after opening your package.

That way we can see who packed it, seen the bare metal, etc.

But as you can see, the dilemma of just replacing a figure that's already "had the business" done to it, for free, can be an issue.

Do you want to ship you the old one in return for a new one?

Glad I could provide a chuckle for you ladies and germs.

Thank you for resolving the matter and in the future I will make sure to contact Wyrd immediately upon opening a package if there is an issue with a model.
