"So for 1 AP I can move 4 inches then use my 1 AP to Serpent Strike. Does this mean I can nmove 16" in one turn?"

Granted I can't do anyting since using my 2AP I get that but wanted to know if this is how the Razor works.

A Ht 1 model is sacrificed if it fails to resist the spell.

This is what we refer to as the Anti-Nino tactic is Nino can shoot the razorspine, the razorspine can charge Nino (his rifle has a 16" range).
