I work at a shop called Witch Engine - we've had a fair bit of success running a monthly league thing, whereby you sign up at the start of the month, and it's played over the four weeks at a game a week, which gives people time to sort out when they're free to have said game. Either pop down, or check our message boards (Which I'll link in a sec).
