Griffsnog
Go to an art store and check out liquitex fluorescent pink. It is semi translucent and ith a bitmofmmatte medium you can make amoretti sweet glaze out of it to gO over the pink you've done. Then they will glow under a black light. I did a whole emperors children army in flourescent tiger stripes, leopard print etc. It was fun to play around with.
Rathnard
Thanks for the feedback all. I've just finished Lilitu, Lelu and some Stitched together so I'll see if I can get tose up at some point. I think you need to scratch build an ashes and dust cotton candy monster Damn, that's a good idea! I was initially thinking of using epic Asphyxious from Warmachine but some kind of cotton-candy monster would be far better! I just need to figure out a decent way of doing it without needing to be a modelling god. Also, Levi isn't exactly high on my priority list right now...so until I figure out something truely inspiring or finish off my current models it'll probably be on the back burner. Go to an art store and check out liquitex fluorescent pink. Hmm, sounds interesting. I'll have to check that out.
Zoroastre
Okay, so first I have to chime in to say I like your take on the Nephilim very much, well done on those. I'm not too sold on the Pandora crew however, I think the Sorrows could be less vibrant. If I were to paint them for a pink crew I'll go for an Ice Blue look instead, so that they weren't such a visual pain. Second, it shames me that the same old picture of half finished models crops up with alarming regularity on the Interwebs. I have so much more to show than those, for example my European Team Championship army : or some fairly recent work : And the rest here : http://www.igorzoroastre.com/images/PP/warmachine/ This being settled, I'm always glad to see moar pink. Keep it up. Igor

Rathnard
I've just added Marcus and his Jackalope! I wasn't initially sure what to do with Marcus for his colour scheme (particularly the skin) but once I started work on him it all came together. I'm very, very happy with how he came out. The Jackalope was always going to be awesome, so the final result was pretty much as expected. I'm somewhat behind on my picture taking so when I get the chance I'll see if I can take some more pics of what I've done thus far.

Aldyhide
Do your models happen to support breast cancer research? I like what you did with your teddy, I've done something similar. Except I made him blue with a pink heart. I should start posting my painted models again.
Sliver Chocobo
Do your models happen to support breast cancer research? I like what you did with your teddy, I've done something similar. Except I made him blue with a pink heart. I should start posting my painted models again. It been asked before If anything, they're in support of breasts... :thumb: In all seriousness though, I just wanted something unique, and pink just seemed to work nicely with Teddy and the creepy children. The flowers were a suggestion from my 13yo sister when it all turned out as well as it did, I couldn't resist continuing the theme. Thanks for all the feedback guys - it's much appreciated! With the remains of a 40k army and some trollbloods to paint, it might be a few months before I get to LCB. I'm still not sure how best to approach him though - he's a huge model, and just making him all-pink might be a bit much. Still, I've got some time to think it through so we'll see. Rathnard
Painting Update! So with me all alone in Brisbane and my wife back home in Perth for the year (that's like New York vs San Diego for the non-Australians), I've been a busy little bee. Got a whole lot of Malifaux done (78%) and it would have been more if it wasn't for the 40k army I'm also painting for a friend. So rather than show you what's new (since I can't quite remember) I just thought I'd pull everything out and do some shots of everything that's finished thus far; The Great Sea of Pink as it stands! Pandora - my first Master and the original inspiration for the pink & flowers scheme. I've experimented with some gems on the base sides for Candy and Pandora. I like the effect, but need to be better with the spacing and actually find some more of those gems. Zoraida - still my favorite Master. You probably can't quite spot it but the Stitched together both have pink love hearts on their body. Lilith! I originally purchased her only because I wanted the other models in her box for Zoraida. I have used her once or twice before but I've generally prefered other Masters. The only model there that's not specifically for Z is the Vomit Worm, but his hilarity made him a mandatory purchase. BLERAGH! Leveticus. Used only once, painted during my Honeymoon and generally not used since on account of power level. One day I'd like to buy some Steampunk Abominations and get him out again, but for now I'm at least happy I got the chance to paint him. Ophelia LaCroix! When book 2 came out I bought her on a whim, and was very glad to discover that they're all hireable by Zoraida. They've seen plenty of action with Zoraida but only once as a crew in their own right. I at least need to get myself some Slop Haulers before I can consider her crew 'finished'. Also pictured is Wyrmwood from Hordes. He was my supply cart for a local tournament and performed quite admirably at his job. He also doubles well as a hanging tree. Last but not least, Marcus! I'm very happy with how this crew has turned out so far. I've talked about Marcus and his death bunny before, but with the Molemen I discovered that Hats make everything better. The Razorspine was a joy to paint and turned out exactly as I was hoping. I was considerably less keen on the Sabretooth but the scheme I half-heartedly went with turned out to be decent. Next up on the painting table is more Marcus & Zoraida-related minions, after which I'll probably be buying just about everything Wyrd releases at Gencon.
