Perdita's Quick Draw

Could someone explain how this ability works? Would she have to announce the quick draw and then it activates whenever the target moves, or is it osmething else?

Think of it as "overwatch"... Perdita activates it in her turn, then she can shoot at an enemy model in its turn.

Exactly. Perdita uses her (0) Action to go into "Quick Draw mode" which then allows her to react to one Action taken by any model in her LoS during the rest of the round.

It can be nasty when combined with Obey: Use Quick Draw, cast Obey on something in your LoS and order them to do something which triggers your Quick Draw.

So does the action that activates Quick Draw need to be targeted against Perdita or can she Quick Draw against an enemy model charging someone else in her crew for example?

Or she could shoot instead of casting obey AND using QD hoping for an extra shot?

Yes, she could. And most often it's better.

But if there is for example a Steamborg close to her, it's much more fun to use QD, then Obey the bastard to Charge his Master and make a shot for farewell before that ;P.
