nerdelemental
I'm trying to convince Nathan that Rhubarb pie sucks. It's an ugly argument. Please vote appropriately regarding your feelings toward rhubarb pie. Thank you for your time.
DeafNala
You obviously never tasted my Grandma's Rhubarb pie...TRUE AMBOISA!
nerdelemental
Well...I think the poll is pretty comprehensive. It should provide all the necessary data to present my case. I'll let the poll results speak for themselves, regardless. I'm thinking Nathan will have to give me the nod on this one! (just a guess)

nerdelemental
Did you see what they did there!? Came in here and jacked with the poll, just like in a Florida election! It's an example of the oppression inherent in the system! Do you see them repressing me? I'm being repressed!

Peterdita
Rhubarb pie is delicuous, my dad used to grow it in his garden. The leaves are poisenous as I remmber but the stalks are ooohhh so good. Your tripping NE.

paperbag4
There wasn't an option for meh.. We have two patches and mom makes it all the time. Not my favorite of the pies, but not revolting. When it comes in, I'll have to see if she can spare one for me to bring down to RIW.
Wombats
You were probably fed an under-cooked rhubarb product at some point. Like people who throw up after drinking a certain type of liquor, you're turned off it for life. Raw rhubarb has some chemical in it that builds up in your liver too fast for it to process. Dr Wombats prescribes a liver transplant. Rhubarb goes awesome in a apple crumble-style set up. I would strongly suggest shaved orange peel in there and even some strawberries if its a dry-ish one. Rhubarb and strawberries go together in a surprisingly good way. I don't think anyone should hang Chad, he's a bit of a spanner, but a public lynching is just giving him the attention he wants. Maybe you could "borrow" Chad's non-rhubarb allergic liver and forget to give him a new on. Two birds with one stone. This is progress. nightgaunt98c
Rhubarb pie is either good or bad. There is no middle ground. Good rhubarb pie is very good, while bad rhubarb pie is nauseatingly bad.

ork56
sorry Nerd, I voted C) however this is based on my liking for Rhubarb CRUMBLE, as I have never tried R pie. If this discounts my opinion, please amend the voting and I apologise for wasting your valuable time. (I hope this argument wasnt the reason for January's mini release being delayed?) Wombats
I take it the one person who answered "Yes. It makes me hurl." was nerdelemental? I had a rhubarb and strawberry tartlet yesterday. It was tangy.
Gremlin Luv
ra rhubard is pretty bitter, but it has a strange awesomeness when combined with beer (only ever did it in high school, so who the hell knows if it's actuallyany good). But rhubard that's been sugared to death is great, and strawberries in the pie are even better!
artificer
my mum does a rather delightful apple-rhubarb crumble. Although I may not be the best judge. As a small child I delighted in raw rhubarb and small, under-ripe green apples. That may actually go some way toward explaining the rather corrosive nature of my skin... paperbag4
My brother eats raw rhubarb all the time. Breaks off the stalk, peels the leaf off, and digs in. He's a weird guy.
Thoughttrauma
Rhubarb is a weed, would you eat poison ivy pie? I did not think so.
nilus
Rhubarb is a weed, would you eat poison ivy pie? I did not think so. Add in a pound of sugar and another very tasty fruit(like Strawberries) and yes I probably would.
Kagelong
I have never eaten it. As such I can only speculate, but I think it sounds pretty tasty from the recipes I've looked at.
