... from Germany!

Well, I just stumbled upon this forum accidentially... I think I was searching for tutorials how to paint dried blood.

To cut a log story short: I looked at several entries, thougt; [irony] "Hey, these guys are able to paint. Let's see if you can get them astonished." [/irony]

My name is Lothar, I've somehow managed to survive 19 years in Germany... well, and I am one of those who chose one of the most expensive hobbies: Tabletop games. And, of course, hand in hand with painting miniatures.

I've been painting for around 3 or 4 years now, and finally, I found a nice forum to show the results.

I've made some experience with different games, as there are WH40K, WM, Hordes and Confrontation... well, that's it.

Geez, let's see if that's enough information ;)

Nope! Definitely not enough information.

There was no mention of your personal ID nor your credit card information, nor the address to your house.

Please fix you post and we will be happy to say that you have given the community enough info.

On a separate note, will you be posting or linking to some work you have done? We all would love to see some of your work! I would also say that we would all love to see some Wyrd Minies painted by you as well but seeing as I have yet to purchase my first one (Bad BugKing ah la Emperor's New Groove) I won't mention that.

Finally, welcome to the insanity. Enjoy your stay because there is no way out and you may as well enjoy the administrations of the men in the white coats.

Well, I didn't know if linking to other pages is allowed, so I just avoided it...

Maybe you know deviantart.com? I got some of my finished miniatures uploaded there, but the quality of the photos... naah, you can see the colours. *cough*

O.K., maybe they' re not that bad at all, just have a quick look:

There you go.

And to mention my first Wyrd miniature: I can't decide. I'm pending between Pandora and Lilith - both models are awesome. Maybe the Nephilim. Uaargh, to much miniatures! Brain... overflow! Can't...
