Peterdita Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 (edited) I finally finished and photo'd the crew. I had a great time painting the Gunslingers. The detail is so great and the casts where super clean. I love the minis because they are so detailed, that it gives you so many options to work with. I'm not that great at painting certain things but there is usually a detail right next to it that I can focus on or pull off a bit better. The bases are some resin ones that I had laying around that I painted up just to base them on something. I know they are square but I had them already and... I think they came out okay in person. (looks kinda cool square bases v circle bases on the board) Sorry the pics are the best I can do with a camera the size of a pack of smokes and a desk lamp with no shade. C&C welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for looking. Well thanks for the comments guys, maybe next time I'll get more feedback with actual pictures. Almost just take the image url and click on the little mountain picture and it'll add the IMG tag to it and embed the picture. Also for the Gunslingers themselves great work on them. As for the camera, to quote the venerable Yoda, "size matters not" I've seen some fantastic pictures come from the $100 camera special, and some really crappy pictures come from the $1000 DSL-R rig. Its all about lighting and stability. Quote
DeafNala Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 For we [moi] of a LAZY SORT, it's nice to see the Gang all posted up without the clicking. Again, GREAT WORK, Pete! AND NICE ASSIST goblyn!:guns: Quote
Jabberwocky Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 Great looking crew. I really like the blue trim on Francisco's sombrero and the subtle trim along the pants of Perdita. Quote
