v22TTC Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 Didn't want to post again until I had something painted but a few points:- These aren't official, studio pics - the painter (Angel Giraldez) was holding a painting master class in an LGS in Spain with some of the new stuff to show and gave permission for them to be photographed in the LGS to be shared throughout the community. I think these are the most gorgeous I've ever seen (Infinity minis, that is, generally)... but I'm so with you on the guns (rifles especially) - much conversion there for me, I'm afraid.... And it's still worth getting the old starter, since some of the minis in it will be no longer available when the molds break - and it's still more than worth having a Wu Ming if you play (no Cube and 0 SWC Grenades or Grenade Launcher).... Oh yeah, and as an interesting aside, CB asked their forum users to vote on what colour the Yuan Yuan (woman with wings and sword) should be painted; pink or turquoise.... Nice folks.
