Brilliance Laced Whiskey
When Leveticis performs Death Touch he deals irreducible damage. Necrotic Decay adds to the damage output, but does not state that the additional damage is irreducible. Am I correct in assuming the additional damage can be reduced by other sources? Necrotic Decay modifies whatever damage is being done as part of resolving the action’s effects. For Levi that means increasing the amount of irreducible damage being done, and is not two separate damage sources. If the trigger were an After Succeeding trigger then it would do a separate instance of damage, which would be non-irreducible damage and could be reduced by soulstones/armor/etc. 1
