“Tech”ing to the opposition.

What are your thoughts going into the game with ressurs.

E.g. in a tournament pack, you’ll more often than not know the objectives and have a general idea on the crew you’d bring, but on the day you’ll see terrain and know the opponent.

So are there certain choices of master, you choose (or refrain from choosing), when you know your opponents faction and why - e.g. Choosing Seamus against the Terrifying of Neverborn etc. Or are there certain models you choose to tech into the crew against certain factions/masters.

NB : assume that no secondary masters are allowed :)

Our masters are super versatile, so it largely depends on playstyle.

You mainly want to watch for things that shut down your game plan.

Seamus- laugh off and minus flips for the gun.

Jack Daw - ruthless.

Kirai - tech like gravity well or Vincent.

McMourning - anti healing.

Reva - ways to deal with her markers and burning

Yan lo - lol, he doesn't struggle.

Molly - you don't tech Molly. Molly techs you.

One thing that ressers tend to struggle with is really tanky models unless you take one of the crews good at handling tanky models (armor ignore, irreducible, etc).
