Hey Wyrdos,

This week, Waldo decided to learn a new language. Once he started speaking in tongues and all the trees in our general area caught aflame, we kindly asked him to forget everything that he learned and stick to vernacular that doesn’t summon endless infernos from other realms (at least for now). 

So, while we put out a few fires of our own, let’s take a look at some exciting and spooky news!

The hype around Vagrantsong has been well above and beyond our expectations. Players from all over the world are clamoring to hop aboard the Silver Ferryman to hang out with some misguided ghosts (and possibly a demonic cat), and we can’t blame them! 

Today, we have some super exciting news for our international friends who have been waiting to get a copy of our spooky boss battler. All aboard!

It sounds like that faint song of the fiddle was more inviting than we thought! 

Full steam ahead. Vagrantsong is being released in a bunch of languages (with more coming soon)! Whether you’re a player in Poland or Italy, there will be an opportunity for you to grab your Bindle and hop aboard to experience our bone-chilling adventure game!

While we are too excited to hold back the news, the process to translate and produce our boss battler in this many languages will take time. Lots of time. Like, months and months of time… especially in a game like Vagrantsong where there are so many nuanced phrases that will need to be translated. So, we appreciate everyone’s patience as we slowly work on these.

When we are closer to wrapping up and releasing each of these translated versions of Vagrantsong, you’ll be the first to know!

But… before we go, there is one last bit of Vagrantsong news that we want to share…

 

 

We are in the early stages of putting together a Vagrantsong expansion: Encore. We’ll have a lot more news about Encore soon.

Lastly, the second print of Vagrantsong is coming! If you preordered your copy on our webstore, check your email for finalization details. Otherwise, you’ll have a chance to get your hands on the game when it hits store shelves again in the next few weeks!
