Are blighted and brilliance conditions?

I Played a couple of games on vassal last night. I played both as Toni and crew and fought a Lynch and then a Hamelin. Lynch hands out brilliance and Hamelin blight (of course). Do they count as conditions that could be ended by toni’s Second Wind bonus action?

Yup. There's a list of Conditions in the rulebook, and those are the only ones.

Tokens (such as Blight and Brilliance), and persistent abilities like Challenge are not.

A lot of them used to be under M2E, but no longer under M3E.
