TheFaceless6 Posted March 4, 2021 Report Share Posted March 4, 2021 So I'm a bit confused on the process for creating a Headliner Fated. The rules say to just make a twist deck for them. From my understanding, as it's written you just take an existing puppet and then apply the Headliner pursuit to it and then they function as a player as normal.
