The mask trigger on the Viktorias mean you can take 6 attacks in a single activation (and then can chain into the other Viktoria and do another 6 if needed, IIRC). They can do many attacks, spending a lot of resources. The opponent can reduce the damage with armor, shielded, incorporeal, ss... If you spend your resources to try to kill, and your opponent spends them to not get killed, there's a really big chance of them ending without resources and engaged with a very wounded model that is perfectly capable of killing one Viktoria in a single activation. Viktorias has a good stat (7) and good damage spread (3/4/6) but that's it. They are affected by every defensive tech out there (with HtW being the less impressive against them). There's masters there that with the first attack simply bury themselves and that's it. There's some that can pass attacks to nearby allies. Some can run away from them with the first attack, push them away, end their activations... How do you get the other vicky in base with something on the first vics activation? If someone attacks one of your Viks, you can counter attack with the other Viktoria. You also can activate a Viktoria and teleport the other one if it is within 6". You can also Dragon's Fang for more repositioning options. So while the full 6 isn't always a possibility, there's a number of tools to do one Viktoria, get the other viktoria into contact, activate the other Viktoria immediately, and activate the blender. Both Viks are identically kitted out now. The Slingshot is possible but much less impressive. Activate Vik, bring other vik to you, Dragons bite to move both viks to engage a model with trigger for attack, and go to town. (Almost as good is if the activating Vik is more than 6" from target, you move the first one in and then charge as your second action). 11 possible attacks form that set up will probably kill anything. Its rare you 'll get that easy a target though. The biggest difference is that the Viks no longer have the mark of Shezuul, so defensive tech still does something. As said that one counts as mine doesn't have to be used on the other Vik, it can be another Merc model, and can be a ranged attack if you want (as long as the friendly mercenary isn't engaged. Whilst the attack ignores friendly fire, you still can't shoot while engaged). As to the who wins, Viks v Von schill in a battle, It really all comes down to positioning. If you played M2 Viks, then M3 viks are most like those earlier turns when you were trying to position everything just right to be able to get the slingshot to work, with careful movement and potential threats.
