Asylum and Corrupted Key Lines

Hi all! Ran into an interesting rules conundrum. 

If a model holdn the load stone in corrupted idols comes under the effect of an Asylum models 'Restraints: Enemy models engaged by this model with the staggered condition are ignored by their controller for the purpose of schemes and strats' what happens? 

It's pretty clear that the concerned model cpuld not score at the end of the turn. Nor could it use or be targeted by the stratagy spesific interact. 

But what happens to the loadstone?

Does it remain locked on the model? Or does it move to the nearest model as if that model died or was burried.

There's no reason the lodestone would move, and so I think that you just end up with the model locked down.

Which isn't too OP i think, especially as you just need to break engagement to break the ability.

Although one area that doesn't seem 100% clear is what if the model is killed? Is it ignored for the strategy (and thus the lodestone can't pass and disappears?) That doesn't seem right.

As I see it the stone would still go to the nearest model. There's nothing stopping you from giving the stone to an insignificant model either, with an interact. Being ignored for the purpose of strat and scheme doesn't mean you can't manipulate tokens and lodestone is a token. You wouldn't be the nearest model if the bearer died though, as that is the strat rules and not the token itself. (If that makes sense).

Yes there is, namely the insignificant model being ignored.

It does when the only way given to manipulate said token is via the strat.

I'd say he could still be passed along but as for scoring the strat no as the carrier is now insignificant.
