Pandora charging

Hello, 

Sorry if it's come up before or I'm missing something obvious but pandora does not have a melee attack of her own on the card. Is she therefore unable to charge?

Having a attack is not a requirement for charging. You can still the declare the action and take the push, but you won't be able to generate an attack from the charge. Some models have the run and gun ability that lets them generate attacks from a charge as an example of other models doing that.

Sorry, that's what I meant, I know you can always charge, but she wouldn't be able to declare a melee attack.

She’s able to declare a melee attack - she just doesn’t have one.

How can she declare a melee attack if she doesn't have one?

She can declare the charge (and take it), but presumably not a melee attack (otherwise things that happen when she declares a melee attack could be generated.

The rules allow her to take a melee attack. But as you say, She doesn't generallyhave a melee attack to take, so she isn't able to take one. If a future upgrade allowed her a melee attack she could use it on a charge.

Small thing to note here is that if you put IR on Pandora, she will be able to deal the ping damage from Blade Rush even if she doesn't get to do a melee attack when she charges.
