Nathan Caroland Posted July 23, 2020 Report Share Posted July 23, 2020 Probably because you are in Russia and currently we are having a HUGE problem getting anything in there without it getting charged huge amounts of customs, getting returned, or just flat out 'disappearing'. So much so that we've had to stop shipping direct there unfortunately. When it happens to 9 out of 10 packages, its an issue, an expensive one, which just frustrates everyone. If you have an alternative address to ship to, outside of the Russian Federation, we'll be happy to work with you. Yeah, I am aware, I am trying to input USA address of mail forwarder, who ships to Russia. It's in Delaware. But I keep getting this error about Province. santaclaws01 Posted July 23, 2020 Report Share Posted July 23, 2020 Went in and tried this myself setting an address in the US and an address in Canada and got the same error message. My guess is because it's trying to find an area named "___.___" to ship to instead of just "____" since all of the province selections are "name,name".
