Reva and Corpse Candle summon

If Reva is using the forgotten Dead to summon a Corpse Candle in base contact with a pyre marker within aura 6“. The marker has to be within 6, but does the candle has to be within range too? Or can I place it on the far side of the pyre (or corpse) within LOS?
As I understand it, the marker has to be within the candle not! But enlighten me

 

p.s. oh, and what about the once per activation from spirits in the Flames? If I charge Reva with a Shieldbearer and she is in a pyre. The shieldbearer charges in the pyre and attacks with the shield to push Reva. Can I declare spirits once for the shildbearers attack and once for Reva pushing through the Pyre Marker? Or can I declare the Spirits in the Flame just once because it can just trigger once per activation nevertheless how many models with the ability are around?

You are right, the ability calls for the marker to be in range, and the candle is placed in base contact with that marker. So if the marker is on the edge of the range, the candle can be further away.

As Adran above, and to answer your other question:

It is once per activation per model*, so both Reva and Shieldbearer can do it in one activation.
