I believe the McCabe story in the Ten Thunders book is the main source of Lore for the society at the moment, but they will get their own book when they release (I assume this summer). There is an Explorers forum where lots of people are speculating what will be in the new faction, and there are a few things seen in the Waldo weekly section that are probably New explorer models, but we've only seen rules for 2 of the new models (and even then one of them was slightly obscured). This rules are still subject to change. But All we have seen about Lord Cooper (that I can remember) is the contents of his box (shown at GAMA) and the Malisaurus Rex model, so no rules.
