Tickets and Refunds You are purchasing a virtual ticket, no ticket will be sent out. Please select collect in store as your postage option so you're not charge postage. Your name may be published by us on a list of participants to advertise the event either on our page, other websites or social media. If you do not want this to happen please let us know. Photos will be taken during the event for publicity purposes. If you do not want to appear on them please inform us. We understand that life can get in the way of attending events. We will refund any ticket cancelled with at least 48 hours notice of the event starting. If you cannot attend please let us know as soon as possible as it helps with our planning. Leodis Games Posted March 17, 2020 Author Report Share Posted March 17, 2020 Just to keep everyone updated. As it stands we are up to 9 players and the event will be going ahead. We're making changes to the store this week to make it more "Corona Friendly", removing some gaming space to spread out other tables, stripping out neoprene mats for pvc ones so they wipe clean plus a host of additional deep cleaning. We've reduced the number of available tickets so we'll have a maximum of 12 on the day. Of course between now and then the entire country may go into lockdown so this is very much an update for where we are now. We'll keep everyone fully updated as things develop.
