"The Devil's Luck": If you flip the Black Joker at any time you may perform a Gambling check against TN 15 that may not be cheated. On a success you may act as if you succeeded on the initial check with a margin of success. On a failure you suffer a margin of failure and the Black Joker is re-shuffled back into the Fate Deck.
