Seamus has a cool bonus action: Cause for Celebration. Which can allow him to take an extra action and ignore the italics of that action. In addition to shooting twice or using secret passage in the open, he can also ignore the italics on general actions, such as interacting while engaged. Charge has italics that say that it can't be done while engaged, but the core rules also has a line (separate from italics) that also says a model can't charge while engaged. So, is Seamus able to charge while engaged (as he ignores the italics and the line in the core rules is simply reminder text) or can he not (as there are effectively two separate rules preventing charging while being engaged?
