In local games (haven't been able to test network), Insignificant models can be selected for schemes. I've tried it with the Printing Press and Trained Raptor, and my opponent a couple days ago did it with the Eternal Flame. He's new and didn't realize it was Insignificant, so he used it as his Claim Jump target.

An idea that ome of my friends had the other day was that it would be really cool if certain crews/models started with conditions/token on them, as opposed to having to manually search for them every game. What specifically prompted this was the Monk keyword, and needing to start every game by manually putting Chi +1 on each model. If instead all models with Enlightenment could start with the Chi +0 condition at the start of the game it would be very convient. Similarly, if models with Power Converter (Hoff crew) could all start with Power +0, and all of Lynch's models, or models in a game with Lynch, could start with Brilliance +0 (or +X if they are Succumbed), or even if all models on both crews in a game where Kaeris is a leader could start with Burning +0. I get that its probably real complicated to implement, but it was a cool idea so I figured Id post it here

Pretty good app, but it can be better.

I have some suggestions:

1. After the checkbox of model activation has been checked, automatically remove Conditions that end at the End of Activation.

2. After increasing the Turn number:

2.1. Automatically count the amount of Pass Tokens. You can display the previous amount that may be needed to determine the initiative in parentheses.

2.2. Automatically remove Conditions that end at the End Phase.

2.3. Optional (can be disable in the settings) automatically deal damage to models with Poison/Burning.

2.4. Optional (can be disable in the settings) confirmation of the increase Turn number.

3. Fix swipe to flip the front/rear of the model's card. Now you need to draw exactly horizontally to flip the card. A little movement vertically opens the next/previous card.

I found a bug in schemes chosen for games which require you to pick models. Vendetta, Claim Jump, Take prisoner all have this issue, and I'm not sure if any other schemes have you pick a model.

When a crew contains more than one of the same minion, during game setup you can pick a specific model (Eg: Ruffian, Ruffian 2, Ruffian 3).  Once the game is started checking the scheme will just show "Ruffian" even if you picked 2 or 3.  This causes an out-of-game issue when you have to convince your opponent which model you picked at the start of the game.

A QoL request: Would it be possible to add a copy/paste options for Crews tab to be able to reposition them faster? Right now if you have a good list stack and want to move several of them, it takes time to drag them from 1 point of the list to the other. If this could be done with several of them at the same time it'd be great (some way to select more than 1 crew before running a command)

The ideal functionality for me would be the following: Select a few crews (let's say 4) in different positions, click in the new "Copy/Paste" option, go to the desired location and there click in the "Paste" option (in the pop-up menu of a crew), these 4 crews are moved just under that crew.

Awesome App btw!

Great stuff, this app is very useful!

One request/wish for future would be to incorporate a tournament organizer either within this app or as a standalone but integrated app.  Tournament app could preset game settings and attendees could each connect to the tournament through their m3e app to add crews, etc.  If players don't wish to use the app during their games they would need to be able to have their scores input manually after the game.  Would also appreciate an allowance made for tournaments with other scoring categories to be counted such as sportsmanship and paint scoring.

Other people have requested similar things before. If Wyrd doesn't want to do this as part of the official apps, maybe I'll do something on my own in my spare time (though I'd likely have to charge for it to make it worth it at that point :\).

I mean there's other apps out there for tournament organizing, including some free stuff, but having one that's as easy to use as the m3e app, can push out game setups to the players for use in their apps, track VP differentials etc, and even record the masters/crews players use for people to look back at after the event would be a huge.  If it doesn't integrate with the m3e app to allow automatic reporting of all that extra possible data while games are played then any of the other solutions already out there would suffice.

If you can do all that I'd pay a small amount (I don't run tournaments to run a profit obviously), but I feel it's something Wyrd could offer it's henchman at some point.

Don't know if it's been suggested (or if I'm just missing how to do it), but how about the idea of allowing people to exceed points cost?

Essentially, allow me to create, for example, a 60-70pt list, including all my common options (like a condition removal model, or a specific model for certain schemes, or both a Rider and another beater I'll choose between once I see the board), and then delete them, rather than have a core 20-30pt crew, and then have to remember what stuff I'll be wanting to add. Or have the option to deselect, without deleting, making it more useful for resetting between games.

Have the SS display in a different color, and have Cache read as "ILLEGAL", so that people know to adjust before playing.

I know I could up the Max SS section, to allow a bigger build, but then it screws with Cache after I've removed stuff. For example, if I set it at 60 (the maximum it'll allow), and make a 58SS crew, and I remove 12SS of models, the Cache reads 10 instead of 4). Also, if I forget it's at 60, I might play a game illegally.

I've been building crews, and putting that information in the notes of what to add, but I'd rather have them in the crew, in case I forget to read the notes. :)

Am I the only one seeing a startup crash with the latest Android version?

The annoying thing is that's what's happening even if I create a new google account, and a fresh device image.  :(

Edit:  Really bizarrely:

  • App launches properly in Blue Stacks running in Windows 10 emulated in Parallels Desktop
  • App does not launch in Blue Stacks running directly in OS X.
  • App did not not launch on actual LGL62VL phone yesterday
  • App does launch on LGL62VL phone when I try it just now.

It's working on the real device.  Apparently that was just a fluke problem.

Still having issues trying to launch it on Blue Stacks, which is weird since it had been running properly earlier.

Yeah no idea about that. When I use an emulator I run the one through Android Studio.

We ran into a bit of a bug yesterday. Tried to set up a Network Henchman Hardcore game, but one of us accidently clicked out. He rejoined the lobby, but it couldnt let me (who never left) confirm my faction. Then I left and rejoined and it wouldnt let HIM confirm his faction. So we both left and made a new lobby and it worked fine.

Also there's an error when looking at the schemes in Henchman Hardcore. I guess because there's only 2 schemes?

I've seen this a couple times, usually solved if you close the game (without leaving) and then open it back up again. Not sure the exact cause.

Also what do you mean by "error" and "when looking at schemes?" Hard to know what to look for without more information.

Had a quick question, is there a randomized for who is the Attacker? I only ask because since we started using the app in 100% of our cases, whomever created the game is listed as the attacker. We were just wondering if we were on an oddity of the curve, or if it was just default that whomever creates the game is the attacker.

Thank You.

In all my games, it has always set to which device is being viewed from.   We have just been flipping for it.

That hasn’t been our experience. We still see Attacker defender set the same regardless of the device it’s viewed on. It just has universally been whomever creates the game is the attacker.

Its been randomized for us. I make the game every time but I've been both attacker and defender. Android btw if that matters.
