If you are awaiting a Faction Book from your order, you should receive it soon. Some of you may even receive the book(s) before you receive an additional notification, so please keep an eye out for your order. All other remaining orders are still being processed. We appreciate everyone's patience while we knock out the remaining purchases. Additionally, if you purchased a Faction Book from us during the online Gen Con sale and sent in a receipt for your Faction Book order to receive a digital copy, check your email (specifically the email that you provided us). You should now have access to download them digitally. Pre-orders from your local game store for books will be fulfilled next, starting with orders for the Core Rules, and the Neverborn, Guild, and Arcanist Faction Books. Because the Ten Thunders, Resurrectionists, Bayou, and Outcast Faction Books are slotted to be released in October, those digital books will be provided then. dancater Posted September 11, 2019 Report Share Posted September 11, 2019 I simply did a cut&paste of my e-mailed receipt from the GenCon sale, filled out the form and a couple of days later 'bing' got an e-mail for digital copies of the books I'd purchased, dowloaded and happily immersed myself. I know the box with Stitched and Daydreams and the Brutal Fate box at least were either low on or flat out out of stock, do we know when those will be in yet? Wyrd Office Posted September 18, 2019 Report Share Posted September 18, 2019 Some split orders were awaiting replenishment of other stock, so even if you didn't order a book, a note should've been slipped into your box explaining that some items were intentionally missing. If you didn't get one and are missing an item, please reach out via our contact forms and we'll look into it. If there's a pink/green note in the box, then we are aware that your order was split and we've taken steps to make sure the rest of your order is not forgotten. There's no specific ETA on any items - some are awaiting materials and some are being replenished as I type this. According to my local game store, his distributor website says September release for the books (got a few days left to make that). It was already stated that there was a huge shortage of all the printed material, so it will be available by the end of the month (most likely in October tho). Wayland is not a credible source for availability. I'm ready to bet that most of their M3E models where they put 10+ in stock is in fact pre-order to the distributor. I don't order from them anymore, first because they are massively more expensive than any retailer for M3E, secondly because too many time I ordered something that was said to be in stock but then proved not to be and had to be ordered from the distributor/manufacturer, or the order refunded. A tad more credible is Element Game: Brutal Fate was constantly delayed by one week every Thursday for the last 8 weeks, but last Thursday it was delayed by only 1 day and is said to be available by 11th October. This Friday I received from my LGS: Colette Core, Som'er core, One born every minutes, Pale rider, Mechanical rider, Kunoichi, Charm warders and Dawn serpent, which were also delayed week by week by EG.
