Terrifying Vs Terrifying

Are models with Terrifying required to roll against enemies with Terrifying? For example Teddy wants to attack Lord Chompy does Teddy still have to make the TN roll to attack since they both have Terrifying?

To my knowledge, there's no rule that says models with terrifying ignore terrifying. I know intuitively you would think they would, but it doesn't work that way in the rules I believe.

Ruthless is the ability which lets you ignore terrifying, and many terrifying models do have it.

I think 1st edition Warmachine, and various edition of WHFB had that whole “hierarchy of terror” thing.   

M2E had Terrifying apply to categories of models.  M3E simplifies that down to everybody being affected equally, whether you have your own Terrifying or not.

Follow-up question on Terrifying. If a model with multiple attacks targets Teddy with an attack action and passes the WP duel of the first attack does it have to roll additional WP duels for each additional attack? i.e. 3 attacks, 3 WP checks?

Yep, you flip WP duels each and every time. Immunity to Terrifying for passed duels, is a thing of the past.
