PolishSausage
Mindless: When this model is Summoned, it is treated as having already activated this turn, and neither player gains or discards any Pass Tokens. So... Does this means the model counts as actually have activated this turn and can no longer activate this round? Or is it simply being wordy for not generating Pass Tokens when the model is summoned?
Fetid Strumpet
I interpreted it as the former.
Jesy Blue
It counts as already activated this turn and generates no pass tokens; there's no point of a pass tokens if you're not getting an activation out of it.

So... Does this means the model counts as actually have activated this turn and can no longer activate this round? Or is it simply being wordy for not generating Pass Tokens when the model is summoned? Nothing in the default Summoning rules says that summoned model does not activate the turn it is summoned. So "it is treated as having already activated this turn" means that it will not activate the turn it is summoned. As a reminder, the core summoning mechanics are: "After a model is Summoned in a Crew, the opposing Crew gains a Pass Token." "Summoned models cannot take the Interact Action during the Turn they were Summoned." "Many Summoning effects require an Upgrade to be Attached to a model that is being Summoned. If the Upgrade cannot be Attached to the model (from the Upgrade's Limitations), the Summoned model is not added to the game." (Indirecty through Model Limits) If a summoning effect would add a model that would take it over the model limit, the model is simply not added to the game. If a model gets summoned and nothing says otherwise, that's another model in your crew that has not yet activated this turn. That's why Mindless has to say both: the model is treated as having already activated no pass token
