Cursed25 Posted August 3, 2019 Report Share Posted August 3, 2019 Hi everyone! I Have an question about the ability ''Know the Warrior''. The Gokudo got it and a few other models in the game. Know the Warrior: After this model Cheats Fate in an opposed duel with an enemy model, if this model has Focused, it may draw a card after resolving the current Action. I'm wondering what they mean by ''has focused''? Does the ability trigger when he has the focused condition on himself at the moment of the cheat or does it happen if the opposed duel has the benefit of the focus? I'm leaning toward having the condition on himself without using it (or at least keeping a focus +1 on him to benefit from the ability), but I'm not sure! thx for the help! SerZaka Posted August 3, 2019 Report Share Posted August 3, 2019 I always used it as "if you have still a Focused +n while making the duel (the cheating) you draw" . If you decide to use the Focused condition for the + on the duel you don't have it anymore (you lower it before the duel happens) when it comes to cheating . CD1248 Posted August 3, 2019 Report Share Posted August 3, 2019 That's correct, he needs some level of the Focused condition for it to work.
