Timing of Following Orders card draw

If Lucius ‘issue command’ Agent 46 to take a melee action, when does Agent 46 draw the card (with the Following Orders ability)? Before the shoot is taken or after?

Does the timing change if it’s a charge action? (Eg is the card drawn after the push but before the melee?)

Finally, if Lucius commands a changeling to then command A46, when does the changeling draw it’s card?

The card is drawn after the fist action the model takes. If the action is an attack it'll  be after resolving the attack. If it's a charge it'll be after resolving the movement, if it's Just Like You it'll be after that but before Issue Command.

The timing is "After this model resolve an action".

If an action creates a new action then the new action is always resolved after the previous action is complelty resolved including any after resolving effects, but before any new actions can be taken (page 34).

So if you are chaining actions in some way, the card will be drawn after the first action is finished. So for a charge the first action is charge which pushes you. When you have completely resolved that part you get the card. The attack is a new action so will happen after all the after resolving effects.
