dechma Posted July 20, 2019 Report Share Posted July 20, 2019 Howdy all! I finally got my hands on some faction decks for M3E and they are amazing! They were definitely worth the wait, but I'm noticing that other than my Alt Rogue Necromancy, none of the Alt Ressur cards are present. I tend to run Emeline Bellerose in place of Sybelle and Dufresne in place of McMourning and would love the 3E cards for those models to avoid confusion. Has anyone heard of a planned 'Alts and Specials' pack or print run, or am I just going to have to print from Wargame Vault and accept that they won't quite be of the same quality? I forget where I saw the picture but there has been some comparisons already. The corners are more rounded and it doesn't have the gloss coat. Nothing that is the end of the world and it is to be expected from different manufactures. There where similar issues with M2E cards but the wyrd ones never had the high gloss that they do now. Dstinct Posted August 9, 2019 Report Share Posted August 9, 2019 Im printing at home as I have a good color laser, but it's frustrating that the card images aren't full bleed as printers (even commercial ones) never line up perfectly. I'ave had to compensate by enlarging the backs by 2mm width and height so I know I will get a clean cut. As for the corners, I bought a Chinese corner rounder that I used for other systems I required cards for. I'm printing on 110lb, but I'm looking for better stuff to make it a little firmer.
