It starts next week on Monday (4th February) and you can join in during the first round (two weeks). This means that you can join as late as Friday of 15th February. Rules are: Fixed master, Fixed faction Pregenerated Deployment, Schemes, and Strategies Rounds dependent on the number of players - one round = two weeks.
