I was hoping that was the case, but the rule book doesn't explain that very well, because it doesn't show the rear of the asset card... Thanks. Take the opportunity to head over to Wyrd and pull down their archive of the cards (same place you can find their online rulebook (pdf) link. It's a zip file/archive of all of the released cards, front and back, so that you can see the Scrap ability on the disabled side of the Asset as well as concrete Disabled values.
