The Incoming Tide Action on the Tide Caller asset says:

It’s a Pulse 6 range. There’s a similar situation with Frenzy’s Nipping at Their Heels action.
If only one fireteam in a squad is in range, it seems like the paragraph four of Fireteams and Moving applies. If all of the Fireteams are in range, it seems like it would be a mistake to do so since all of the Fireteams are already being moved.
If two out of three of the fireteam’s unit’s are in range, it seems most sensible that the in-range Fireteams would move the full distance, and the out-of-range fireteam would move once half the distance.
In other words, is the 4th paragraph supposed to say in the middle “When an Action or Ability only causes some Fireteams in a Squad/unit to move a distance, the rest of the Fireteams in the Squad/unit move up to half that distance.”?
