Can queller enchant his own weapon?

I'm asking this because Hannah's ability to copy Ca's, the thing is, can she copy Queller's ability and enchant her own weapons?

Yes, Queller can enchant his own weapons. Yes, Hannah can copy the enchanting to enchant her own weapons.

Actions by default can target the model performing the action (as long as the model satisfies any other specified qualifiers).  The rules for attack actions adds a prohibition against the Attacker targeting themselves, but the Enchant Weapon Action is a Tactical Action, so that prohibition doesn’t apply.

So there shouldn’t be anything stopping Hannah doing that.
