Games that run out of time and scoring strats

When playing to tournament rules gaining grounds and the like, what is the convention for scoring strats that score at the end of game, if time is called before the actual end. 

 

It it seems to me that you would score the strat, but I want to check as don’t to be caught out

"Score at the end" type stuff gets scored then & there.

We always end the game at that point so end of game stuff happens.
