Well equipped ability of this upgrades says: "After flipping for initiative, this model's controller may discard a card to add the card's suit to initiative flip (thismay result in two benefits from chores ability) for non engl-speaker this means that for example: if i flip rams, and discard another rams i can add mi2 to all my models?

That's how I read it. Anything with a +X modifier generally stacks.
