Maybe I've missed something.....

No place has a database of every result from around the world, there are a couple of different platforms online that are widely used that keep a record of past events.

The actual models picked are never registered as far as I know. There is logfaux (I think that's the one) which lists master played and win percent of each master but not everyone uses that and it doesn't have the full lists. I've used bag o tools for my events and that keeps the standing for the event and which faction each player picked, but not masters or lists.

You can usually find chatter on here or a wyrd place on facebook from recent tournaments where players who did well often share their lists and a couple of podcasts where they do a summary of how they did at recent events which usually includes what they played. Aome players post battle reports for all their games in an entire tournament on the batreps section here.

Very few people record what lists they play at events because the nature of the game is that you build your list at the table when you find out what you are doing. Some players do play the same list regardless, but most players do make some adjustment based on the game (although changes may be as small as a couple of upgrade changes or 1 or two models swapped over). Sometimes this forum can be misleading in suggesting that there are set lists, in the same way a game like MTG has fairly standard deck compositions, here there is not the same level of consistency.

The best place I know of to read lists is the battle reports thread here. Its a fairly small subsection, and lots of the posts are from the same people, so you get their lists and what they face, rather than a general overview.

I've been looking around on the web and can't find anything like tournament results or the lists those players played.  Is there a good place to view all these?

The closest I've been able to find is listening to Max value (for us games) and flipping wyrds(and arcane reservoir (for UK games).  They often do tournament reports, and often get the winners of major events either as part of their normal hosts or as guests to talk about their lists and games.
