DeadManTalking
So what are people using as legal proxies? I've been using proxies in all my practice games recently because these guys are amazing but, none are tournament legal.

I use guild guard with "carpets" of thin rolled up fabric on their shoulders or on their back with sticky tack.
Gnomezilla
Jumping-over-the-coffin death marshal had his exorcist’s crossbow mod snipped away and a magnifying glass added. It needs a little more to be easily read across the table.
Antipodean
Through the Breach multi part plastic kit. Though I've yet to actually paint or use them yet.
Tris
TTB female plastic kit, needed a proxy asap^^
Clockwork_Fish
They should really make a conversion bits kit. I was originally going to use the one bald Sergeant model, then replace his arms and give him a bowler hat using the TTB kits.
Louie
Wasn't the investigator originally on release for january/Feb? Then got pushed back and now it's gone from the website?
SurreyLee
Okay, can anyone explain why exactly you're all rushing out to proxy them....what's so good?

They do have to be dangerously close to the action for that, but I like it much better than trying to get a reporter to move someone where I want. I do love the debuff that constricts a model to not repeat an action in an activation, but that’s dependent on what your enemy brought to be useful or not. Try it on a flurry model! DeadManTalking
That and card draw, and anti scheming. They are amazing for 6 stones. I ended up converting a guild sergeant.
Tris
Basically free pushes (as was mentioned before, unresistable), card draw by discarding any kind of marker (corpse, scrap, scheme) and anti scheming capabilities on a model with 7 wounds that can't be charged
Antipodean
Yep, Investigators seem to be a great toolbox for scheming/controlling that is unusual in Guild.
jchrisobrien
You could also go to the Heroforge site. You can design a miniature from hundreds of options and have it 3D printed for you. It all comes in one piece, and you can ship it without a base so you can glue it onto a regular Wyrd base. I created two monster hunters from the site and they work great! www.heroforge.com
