I need some rules clarification.

When does "after succeeding" happen?  Before or after damage is flipped?

Same goes for "after resolving", Before or after damage is flipped?

I believe that After Succeeding, After Damaging, and After Resolving all trigger at the same time. The only difference is the conditions under which they trigger.

This is correct. They all happen after Step 5 of the duel (which is determine success & apply results), so for a regular attack the full timing is: Flip > cheat > apply results > defender's after [succeed/resolv/fail]ing trigger > attacker's after [succeed/resolv/fail/damag]ing trigger

Succeeding = you have to win the duel
Failing = you have to lose the duel
Resolving = no requirement
Damaging = you have to deal damage to the target of the action

Everyone is right, heres the page for reference

From the rule book Page 23

4. Declare one Trigger
If the model’s duel total meets a Trigger’s suit requirement (see Triggers, pg. 20) it
may declare it is using that Trigger. A Trigger’s effect is resolved immediately unless
indicated in the Trigger’s description, as it may be resolved later. Some common
timing terms used in Triggers are:
•After succeeding: These effects are resolved after Step 5, and only
if the model wins the duel.
•After failing: These effects are resolved after Step 5, and only if the
model fails the duel.
•After resolving: These effects happen after Step 5, regardless of
success or failure.

Where step 5 is the step in which you determine success and do the actions results if applicable, which will include damage flips and so forth
