Hi, in this upgrade, what is the exact definition of loses initiative?

1 loses the flip (so if Perdita flips 2 and the opponent flips 6 for example)

2 if the player who play Perdita is the 2nd player for the turn (so, in the last example, if the opponent choses Perdita to be the First player, she wins Initiative).
