Oath Keeper upgrade

Hello fellow mercenaries,

I'm searching where I can get a few copies of Oath Keeper. I noticed it does come in the Wave 1 Arsenal Deck but it is out of print. That being said is it still a legal card to use and worth trying to find a few copies?

Oath Keeper is great and is still a perfectly legal upgrade to use. The arsenal decks are out of print because they were really for the people who had old models to get the new rules, and they're not financially worth printing anymore.

The cheapest way to get copies would be to photocopy them out of the Malifaux 2e Big Rulebook, or print them from a PDF copy. These are tournament legal as per the Gaining Grounds document, but obviously won't be as nice quality as a real professionally printed card. I've done this with the wave 1 Gremlin upgrades - I've photocopied them onto regular printer paper, cut them out and put them in a card sleeve with an MtG common behind to give a little thickness. They're not the prettiest, but they work.

You can also buy the Generalist Upgrade Deck. There are two of these, and for Oathkeeper you want the first one, which contains all the upgrades for all the factions from books 1 - 3 that aren't tied to specific models. You'd get copies of Oath Keeper there, but if you don't play the other factions it might be a bit expensive - a lot of people like to spread the cost by splitting them amongst the factions they play.

Or you can buy print on demand single cards from Wargamevault (here's the link for Oathkeeper). There's a 10 card minimum though, and Oathkeeper is Rare 3 so you'll want at least 7 more cards to make up to 10. I'd suggest other some other generic Outcast upgrades like Scout the Field and I Pay Better.

It's only from the rulebook and Crossroads. It also contains some upgrades that are tied to specific models, e.g. Patron's Blessing which wasn't shipped with The Captain for... reasons...
