Are Wave 4 models legal for this?

Yes, they are.  Bring whatever you have, painting is not a requirement, but we all know painted models play better.  Also, I am fairly liberal with Proxies of unreleased models.  I would like to know about them in advance.  My only real sticking point is that it doesn't cause confusion and your opponent is ok with the proxy as well.

How much space is the haven giving us, and does havencon have it's own entry fee?

We should have easily enough room for up to 16 or 18 players.  Possibly even more.  Also, there is no entry fee for HavenCon, there is only parking to deal with.
