Newbie at work! (WIP)

Hello all,

time to learn how to paint, therefore nothing spectacular here, just someone that want to have a crew painted!

I have read several threads and have watched some videos, I bought all stuff (materials and miniatures), now I need time and skills 

 

My first crew will be the Von Schill one, my main goal is to paint a 50ss crew (plus some extra) in an acceptable way, that means basecoat + shades + highlights (2-3), I think is enough for the first time.
