Different artworks on Tara cards

I just received a Tara crew box I ordered recently.

I already owned the Nightmare Version but since I prefer the new models, including the new artwork on their stat cards, I decided to buy the new box too. Since I also I didn't have the 0-point upgrades yet, this was another reason for me to get the new version.

I expected this: 

Well, when I looked into the box I got the old cards with the old artworks. The three Void Wretches had identical pictures. Also, the 0-point uprades where missing too.

It's basically the same card set I already own.

 

Is there a chance getting the proper card set for the box?

If so, whom should I write to?

Whoops, a little research lead me to the form I have to fill out, sorry to bother here.

Was in a bit of a hurry yesterday and didn't find it on first sight.

Just wanted to give an update and some feedback here.

I reported my issue to the community service via the contact form. Within a day I got a response and was promised that the missing/wrong cards will get replaced. Got them today in the mail.

 

Not only has the issue been dealt with really quickly but also in a very great way. I'm buying your miniatures since Malifaux 1st Ed and never had a problem so far, this has been the first time.

The way this was proceeded was very customer friendly and should be exemplary for other companies.

 

Long story short, thanks a lot for the great support. Not only have you kept my already high opinion of your company and your products but also improved it.

Bravo to you guys - keep up the great work!

I've used the service a few times, since I appear to be the unluckiest person ever when it comes to mispacks. Wyrd are right up there with the best with replacements.
