Single Master/New Player Tournament - Rochester, NY

We have had an influx of new players and as such we are going to be running a tournament geared toward newer crews and players with lower model counts. 
I have a 16 player prize pack for this event and the prize breakdown will be as follows. 

1st: Large Mystery Box & 1st Place Guilder
2nd: 2 small Mystery Boxes
3rd: 1 small Mystery Box
Best Painted: Special edition stat card and an item of their choosing from the prize box. 

In addition there will be store credit prizes based on attendance and each player will get a guilder for participating, these can be used to purchase limited edition models in the not so distant future.

Date: Sunday, July 17th 2016
Time: 12pm-7pm (12-12:30 Signups, start at 12:30)
Cost: $10
Format: Single Master 40ss w/ 60ss Hiring pool. What this means is you will declare a Faction and Master at the start of the day. In addition you will create a list of 60ss worth of models and upgrades your master could take in their declared faction. At the beginning of each round after seeing the Strategy and Schemes you will build a 40ss list from your 60ss hiring pool. Crews will be limited to only one action that summons a model( or models) per turn. If further actions are taken that summon models all results will happen with the exception of the summon. 
I.E.: 
1) Leveticus triggers "Desolate Warping" and makes an abomination, he can still use his (0) action to bury but a waif will not be created.
2) If Kaeris triggers "Born of Fire" summoning a Fire Gamin she can still take the Immolate action, but cannot summon further Gamin.
3) If a Desolation Engine is killed and spawns two Abominations that does not count, as it was not a summoning action that created the models. 
4) If Nicodem uses "Re-animator" to summon a model and fails, he can try again as no model was created.
Once it goes off and he suommons a model, he can take the action again, but no models will be summoned.
5) Ramos can "Summon the Swarm" to summon 3 spiders with (1)ap, because it was a single action.
