Summoning?

Does anyone know how teddy was summoned around minute 12? It appears that the Widow Weaver summoned teddy but that can't be right. I know The Dreamer can summon a teddy if he has the "Dreams of Pain" upgrade but this player is playing Collodi which I thought can only summon puppets specifically marionettes or wicked dolls. Could someone please share how this teddy shenanigan works, thanks!

The widow weaver has an upgrade called "handbag" that let's her summon a Teddy as a (2) action.  It requires 4 scrap/corpse markers and a high mask.

It's the series I am currently watching, which currently spark the questions. I like referring to things I've seen but if you think it's best to not link videos than I'll stop. I have no affiliation with anyone or anything Malifaux other than I like it and am incredibly new; only five games in. Sadly I have gotten lots of, "well have you read the rules?" And yes, I have. The forum is a nice place to have Noob questions answered even though they might be agrovating or cause people to think badly of me. I use to write Wyrd directly when I was instructed to write these questions on the form even as noob as they were. Never intended to promote, sorry.

Sorry, around 8 minutes the dude summoned a teddy, didn't read widow weavers upgrade cards, my bad. Thanks for all the help
