Our manufacturer sent us the incorrect model and it wasn't caught in the warehouse immediately, so a number were sent out incorrectly. If you are affected by this you do not need to submit a ticket. We know who you are and will ship the correct model out to you in the next couple of weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience.
