We'll be using the newly refurbished mezzanine area for games (so should be warm enough) and will have a 'chill out' area downstairs. I'll be setting up the tables/terrain on Saturday afternoon so we can make a quick start on Sunday. As the store is open from 9:00 if everyone can arrive a little early we'll start early, and hopefully finish a little earlier too. Commemorative markers and 'best in faction' things ordered, but as the official tournament won't be here I need to source some tin cups of make certificates on Friday.
