Is it useful for anything other than terrain (which is fine, since it looks sweet)? Are there any scenarios around it that are out there? Edit: Correction, Rare 1.But I know that at GenCon there were definitely one or two tables where a person would go, "Hold on, that's $200 worth of Hanging Trees on that table." Omenbringer Posted December 3, 2015 Report Share Posted December 3, 2015 @ Artiee the two smaller trees (the ones that can stand in for Montressor) can be used for that Story Encounter but the large tree (the actual Hanging Tree) is much, much larger than a 50mm base. To avoid that issue this time around they made them useable for Montressor because they were the same base size. SpectreEliteGaming Posted December 14, 2015 Report Share Posted December 14, 2015 I suprised no one said "Absolutely nothing!" yet.I see them as dedicated terrain pieces. They look like shit on the "appropriate" bases - 40/50mm are too small for them and the big tree is too big for the story terrain piece, as well. They do look rather cool though.
