Bodiless
I'm still new enough to Outcasts to be focusing on learning what all of the models and upgrades do, and my most recent research project is dealing with Arcanist armor-spam. Langston, Joss, Ramos, Mech Rider, spiders, I've faced a couple of lists now where essentially everything was armor+1 at least. If you suspect you are going to be dealing with an armor heavy crew, what models do you reach for in general? If you are planning on running Jack Daw as your master? Slapdrone
Ronin's Ml attack ignores armor, and they have flurry.
lusciousmccabe
Bishop can ignore armor on a trigger. If it's only armor +1 you're better off going for the crit strike trigger though.
daniello_s
Outcast are full of options in this area:- Johan and Taelor - relic hammer ruins a day of every construct- Strongarm Suit has a trigger which cancels damage reduction- Rusty with correct trigger can drop a card (or two) to get positive damage flip and cheat for severe damage of 8 easily- Bishop can ignore armour - Ronins ignore armour although their arrack is MI5 only- If you need fire support, Hans can ignore armour Jack Daw can benefit from taking each and every model from the list above. Freman
Yes. We're one of the factions who are least concerned with armour, while still having access to it on a decent percentage of models. Watching opponents try to whittle down the wounds of Strongarm or Lazarus can arouse feelings of sympathy.

One of the things I am really liking about Jack so far is that he does seem to get good mileage out of a very broad swath of models. And after playing only NB since I started Malifaux a couple years back I am constantly amazed by how much cheaper things are on the Outcast side of the fence and thus how many more of those models you can actually take! Axelst
If you aren't using Jack Daw then Viktoria with the Mark og Shez'uul, Von Schill and Leveticus can all ignore armor. Hodgepodge Effigy also has a trigger that disallows damage reduction, though its melee is only 4 and the damage only 2/2/3.And remember that the Mech Rider (like all riders) doesn't have armor, but the Strongarm's trigger still works. Kirby
Much like the Strongarm Suit, Leveticus's Unmaking attack does not merely ignore armor but cannot be reduced at all (note, different from cannot be prevented which is one of his triggers). Regarding Jack Daw, just remember that with Twist & Turn he cannot declare triggers when borrowing an ability or Obeying a Tormented to attack. Models that ignore armor on triggers would not benefit from triggers during those times. Not a reason not to take them, just something to keep in mind. FacelessOne
Victoria of Blood with Mark of Shezz'ul also ignores armor, And just about everything else for that matter. She's also great against hordes of spiders thanks to their height 1 and her whirlwind trigger. Killjoy can also be effective. While he doesn't ignore armor his min damage of 4 means even with armor you're doing plenty of damage off his 1 AP charges, and his trigger for followup attacks. Black blood is also handy as it makes whittling him down somewhat more problematic.
